The Discovery Shipyard was founded in 1998 and is the leading British builder of luxury blue-water cruising yachts designed for simple two handed sailing. More than a decade on the company is a thriving business employing up to 100 skilled workers who build the highest quality yachts at its 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Marchwood, near Southampton, Great Britain. The management team is dedicated to providing a unique service that is defined by the ingenuity of its designs, build quality and customer care. The Discovery Shipyard yachts are well known for clever features, custom designed innovation as well as the high level of standard equipment installed and included in every yacht.
