Using the most modern equipments and methods of food production and packaging (Retort, Vacuum Pack etc), Dish Central is equipped to prepare 10,000 meals per shift in its Kitchens. Then there is the Bakery, which aims to be the backbone supplier for Retail Chains across different spectrums, like SPINACH, RELIANCE Retail etc. The Central Kitchen would also act as the back end supplier of finished and unfinished food products to the various Dish Brands like AURUS, NOODLE HOUSE, SANCHOS, NASHTA CHAI, THE PIZZA COMPANY, CINNABON etc. Besides this the kitchen is equipped to undertake Contract Production and Packing of various food items for interested Private labels
