For 50+ years, Distress Centres of Greater Toronto has provided 24-hour support, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to individuals in our community who are at-risk and vulnerable. We are Canadas oldest volunteer delivered crisis, emotional support, and suicide prevention + intervention + postvention service agency. Our crisis and emotional distress services are available via telephone, online chat, and text. We provide services in 9 different languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.
