Divellec

The Divellec is one of the most beautiful new restaurants to open in Paris for a very longtime. The original Le Divellec restaurant, overlooking the Esplanade des Invalides, was launched in 1983 by chef and keen fisherman Jacques Le Divellec, and soon became restaurant of choice for politicians, diplomats, captains of industry, the press welcoming the likes of Francois Mitterrand, the Chiracs, the Sarkozys and the Clintons. In 2013, chef Le Divellec aged 80 hoisted the gone fishing sign and retired. Pacaud is striking out in new waters, keeping the history of the iconic maison alive, but evolving it with his own daring and deliciously avant-garde ideas.
