The Company was founded in October 2021 by its owner, Jose G. Cruz Rodriguez, Ph.D., LMHC, LPC, LCDCS, who saw a need to address substance use and mental health disorders in Rhode Island. Determined to make a difference, the owner established his own company to treat individuals and families seeking assistance with substance abuse disorders. The Company seeks to expand clinic services in Rhode Island.
