Diversity in the Business of Sport (DiBS)

Diversity in the Business of Sport (DiBS, for short) was born out of the collective desire of a group of sports business professionals to help increase diversity in the industry they love. Being from diverse backgrounds ourselves, we asked how we could do something tangible to help increase industry representation from black, Asian and other underrepresented minority groups. We formed DiBS in late 2020 as a not-for-profit vehicle to help us further these aims. Since inception, DiBS has built and continues to build and empower a community of likeminded sports business professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are committed to being part of, and sustaining, a thriving and diverse sports business industry.
