DL&PS Energy Services provides integrity, rehabilitation, construction, and maintenance services for the midstream sector. We strive to be different by design and challenge the status quo by providing unique, scalable, value driven solutions without sacrificing safety or integrity. Our objective is to be the premiere provider for integrity, maintenance, modification, and small-mid size capital projects. The company was formed in 2004 as Dayton Lease Services, LLC to serve the needs of oil and gas producers in Southeast Texas. Our Initial focus was on general oilfield maintenance, and servicing of production facilities. As the company grew we branched into new construction of drilling locations, production facilities, and gathering pipeline systems.
