Mr. Armando de la Vega founded the original firm in 1984. Mr. De La Vega acquired several years of experience with a local CPA firm and as a sole practitioner since 1969. Effective February 28, 2008, Elizabeth Jewett, with several years of experience in international taxation with a global CPA firm, became a partner in the firm with more than ten years of experience in the areas of inbound and outbound international taxation, income tax planning and compliance for US citizens, permanent residents, and foreign nationals.
