In business since 1921, The Dorchester Chamber of Commerce is the communitys oldest, largest and most effective business advocate. Our over 500 members represent all sectors of activity in the heart of Chesapeake Country. Dorchester County is a great place to live, work or just visit. Water nearly surrounds the county with Chesapeake Bay on the West, the Choptank River on the North and the Nanticoke River on the East. The County has sought to preserve the natural resources created by more than 1700 miles of shoreline that have been enjoyed by generations. While close to customers and suppliers, the area offers natural beauty and a pristine environment along with opportunities for business growth.
