Dow Electric, Inc. began in 1987 as a small independent contracting business located in North Lawrence, New York, and was incorporated in 1991. The Company started out with repair and maintenance in the residential market, alone with installation of electrical service entrances. Today, Dow Electric, Inc. has expanded to become one of the most diversified electrical contracting businesses in upstate New York. Dow Electric, Inc. has become successful by working in the residential, light/heavy commercial (including High Voltage), municipal, institutional and industrial markets, provide design build capabilities and general construction. Recently we have also spread our wings a bit more to include Solar fields (both AC and DC sides) as well as Hands Free Mooring Units for Seaway Locks.
