Downtown Vision has a mission to create and support a vibrant Downtown Jacksonville and promote DTJax as an exciting place to live, work, visit and invest. We are place managers, connectors, strategists and activators dedicated to enhancing the heart of our city. We are driven by the belief that Downtown is for everyone: from 5,800 residents at home in Downtown to 55,000 employees taking care of business to 11 million annual visitors discovering Downtowns attractions, natural amenities, restaurants and retail. Thanks to its dense, mixed-use development, Downtown is the greatest generator of tax dollars by square mile in the county. And as the economic engine for Duval, a vibrant Downtown is key to attracting businesses and talent.
