For the past 25 years, DPM has successfully managed the property portfolio for the Devmark Property Group. Although DPM was originally part of the internal organisational structure of Devmark, the stakeholders involved within the property management division saw a gap in the market and decided to open their expertise and knowledge in property management to the broader property community. As a result, Devmark Property Management was launched, now known as DPM Property Services. Our portfolio of properties include: management of sectional title housing schemes, affordable housing, retail shopping centres, body corporates, commercial properties, light industrial properties and residential homes. Not only do we provide management and administration services to property owners, but we can also assist with the handover stages of the development.
