The Dr. Eric Jackman Institute of Child Study (ICS) is Canadas most integrated and dynamic institution committed to childrens education and well-being. The Institute encompasses Masters and Doctoral level teacher education programs, an internationally recognized research centre, and an exemplary elementary level laboratory school for children in Nursery to Grade 6. The ICS building sits a short walk away from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) and faculty housed at ICS are affiliated with the Department of Applied Psychology and Human Development at OISE.
