Dreambuilders Pro Inc. (DPI) is one of the newest members of FILINVEST LAND INC. (FLI) With the growing requirements of FLI in the development of properties and with the direction to create and deliver more cost competitive products, the idea was brought to reality in January 2017 when the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Republic of the Philippines granted Certificate of Incorporation to DREAMBUILDERS PRO, INC. (DPI) as a full-cycle construction implementor arm of FLI.
