Drishti Samajik Sansthan

We are an Institution dedicated to free service of the challenged for about 28 years. We have two projects: 1. A Special School, where around 200Challenged Children belonging to poor families ofabout 50 villages of Lucknow District, who are visually impaired, hearing impaired, mentally and physically challenged, are provided free education and vocational training in various trades. During the last 28 years, we have helped over 5000 such children stand on their own feet- some of them are working in Govt. Offices, Banks, Factories, Shops etc. and many of them doing their own small businesses. 2. A Residential cum Training Home for Mentally/Multiple Challenged Children, who are found abandoned in trains, platforms, footpaths, dustbins etc. As our Institution has been nominated by the Honble High Court of Allahabad for care and rehabilitation of such children, we have 212 such children at present.
