Duluth Transit Authority

The DTA has a rich history of providing safe, convenient, efficient and affordable public transit service. The system today features 23 routes in Duluth, Superior, Proctor and Hermantown. Our annual operating budget is approximately $14 Million. The DTA has a fleet of 70 fixed-route buses featuring seven new electric buses. The DTA is proud to offer the highest level of customer service to our riders. Bus Operators are trained to provide assistance to passengers and Information Operators can be reached at 218-722-7283 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to answer route and schedule questions. Passengers can provide customer feedback using the online comment form or call one of the Information Operators. There are several major transit stops within the DTA system. These locations offer amenities for passengers such as Transit Vending Machines (TVM) and detailed system maps.
