Dunns Food and Drinks Ltd was established in 2001 as a result of a reorganisation of Joseph Dunn Bottlers and the subsequent sale of that companys assets and heritage. Throughout its 126 year history Joseph Dunn Bottlers had continued to be a major influence on the Scottish food and drink sector from being a major bottler and distributor of Guinness in the early 1970s to the purchase and subsequent sale of Strathmore Water, the acquisition of strong regional brands such as Solripe, Curries, 5* Ginger Beer, and continuing to bottle and distribute 750ml glass, being appointed sole agent and distributor for licensed brands such as Gilde and Grolsch through its licensed business, Dunn and Moore, to the entry into food services.
