Established in 1968, Duo Form Plastics is a leader in the heavy gauge plastic thermoforming industry. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality thermoformed products to our customers. Our on-site design and engineering staff, along with our in-house tool shop, allow us to offer full-service product development to our clients. Our state-of-the-art facility includes over 27 thermoforming machines spread across 250,000 sq.ft. of modern facilities. We specialize in producing parts up to 134 x 100 in size, utilizing a variety of methods such as traditional vacuum forming, twin sheet forming, and pressure forming.
