Established on 1976 as a national FMCG distribution company in Ankara, Turkey with an international companies product portfolio as well own brands in some food categories. Durukan Confectionery company is established on 1992 by producing their first lollipops in order to sell nationally under the brand name of Durukan Lollipops. In 2003, with the decision of PepsiCo Frito Lay, to enter into confectionery category in Turkey, the company started to produce lollipops under their brand Rocco. The success of Rocco brand in the Turkish market brought a volume increase in production and the company conducted an exclusivity contract for the national market with Fritolay on 2007. From this date onwards the Company opened with Durukan branded lollipops only into the export markets.
