Early Learning Association Australia (ELAA) represents the interests of more than 200,000 children and their families. We are the peak organisation promoting the voice of early childhood education and care providers. ELAA provides support and resources relating to the governance and management of early childhood education and care services in line with our ELAA 2025 Strategy. Our vision is for excellence and equity in early childhood education and care. ELAA members include over 1100 early education and care providers such as independent kindergartens, Early Years Manager organisations, long day care services and local governments
