Earth Burger was started in San Antonio by restaurant entrepreneurs, Chef Mike Behrend and Ellen Evans. The nations first plant-based fast-food drive-thru is best known for their plant-based burgers, sandwiches, and health-forward side items. The inspiration came when they started families of their own. Raising vegetarian children in South Texas and finding places to grab food-on-the-go was challenging. Creating a plant based quick-service option was their solution to feed the kids the food they loved, while getting more plants into their diets along the way.
