(NMPI), Earth Corporation the largest household goods company in Japan decided to invest into the country through NMPI. On April 1, 2022, after a lengthy process that was 3 years in the making, Earth Corporation and NMPI finally merged in the form a new company Earth Homecare Products (Philippines), Inc. (EHPPI). As NMPIs is the spiritual and legal successor, EHPPI has inherited from NMPI its organization, consisting of 44 regular employees, its products and trademarks, and its distribution network.
