East End Hospice

East End Hospice (EEH) improves the lives of terminally ill patients, caregivers, and grieving families through expert care, comfort, and compassion. Since our certification in 1991, EEH has been Eastern Long Islands only independent, not-for-profit hospice provider. Licensed professionals and trained volunteers care for patients across 450+ square miles and at our Kanas Center for Hospice Care, the regions only dedicated hospice facility. EEH supports more than 800 terminally ill patients, their caregivers, families and friends, and hundreds of bereavement clients each year, all at no cost. Licensed professionals and more than 160 trained volunteers care for more than 800 patients; support caregivers, family, and friends; and provide grief and bereavement services to hundreds of community members annually.
