The Eastern European University Association (EEUA) was founded in 2010. At the moment it includes the TOP 60 state universities from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and CIS. EEUAs mission is to facilitate the Internationalization of the HigherEd, support institutions during the times of changes and uncertainty, distribute best practices, knowledge, and technologies.
