Eastern Glass Resources was incorporated in 1986. Working out of a 7000 square foot building in East Newark, New Jersey, Eastern Glass Resources, Inc. started as a converter, cutting glass into smaller sizes and packing 50 square foot boxes for the picture frame and hardware industries. Shortly after, we began to distribute flat glass to the glass shops. In 1991, Eastern Glass Resources, Inc. began manufacturing Insulated Glass Units (I.G.s) for the glazing trade and the window manufacturers.
