Ltd. a pvt. ltd. company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated July 28, 1995, issued by the Registrar of Companies, W. B. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to Eastern Infoway Pvt. Ltd. pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 5, 2000, issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, W. B. Further, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on December 18, 2000, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated Jan 2, 2001, was issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, W. B. recording the change in the name of our Company to Eastern Infoway Ltd.
