After a journey of nearly two decades in the property market, we now find ourselves as one of the largest independent letting agencies in Tayside. Word of mouth has been the main driver of our growth; we are always gratified that our existing clients continue to recommend us to others. Reputation is important to us and we are proud of ours. We have an in house maintenance team, which allows us to both react quickly and undertake work to our standards. Other specialist contractors we use are tried and trusted tradesmen. We retain strong links with the academic community in Dundee, specialising in HMO management across the city. We certainly do not just cater to students, though, and have many properties which we let to families and professionals throughout Tayside.
