Edible Routes is an ecologically conscious and people friendly business that provides step-by-step guidance on how to efficiently design, plan, build and manage organic farms and edible landscapes and creates products to nurture the earth. We find ways for people to grow locally and eat seasonally. All you need is a little space and a commitment to the soil. Over the last year and a half Edible Routes has been creating productive ecosystems. We love the earth and love converting barren and underused land into healthy, productive food forest. We work hand in hand with nature to maximize the use of soil, water, sunlight, wind and other local energy flows. Our design strategies minimize environmental impact and ensure that existing natural systems are safeguarded and resources used most efficiently.
