We are a proud partner of the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Job Corps, and workforce development programs across the nation. As a Job Corps center operator, ETR is a stakeholder in the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country, and our mission is clear: To provide meaningful and quality education, training and employment services to disadvantaged youth and adults that will lead to opportunities for their professional growth and personal self-sufficiency. Since 1991, ETR has managed both residential and non-residential workforce development programs. Now, with over 30 years of experience, we know exactly how to deliver quality academic and career technical training services, as well as competent and qualified students to employers!
