EFF European Finance Function

EFF is short for European Finance Function. It is a finance and accounting outsourcing unit based in Poznan, Poland. The Duni Group (https://www.duni.com/en/about-us/) founded EFF in 2005 as a captive accounting shared service center. Since 2011 EFF also works with external customers. We currently have approximately 130 employees who speak at least 15 different languages. EFFs employees are specialists within accounting, process improvement, project management and IT.
