Effective Leadership Academy

Effective Leadership Academy (ELA) is a non-profit organization founded in 2008 with a goal to empower youth grades 5-12 and beyond in essential self-leadership skills that many schools are unable to teach in the core curriculum. The skills gained from our programs include and are not limited to: communication, time management, networking, exploration of values, personality identification, team building and team dynamics, interviewing, professional introductions, public speaking, and many others.
