Egonym is a Swiss AI company founded by experienced technologists with the mission to empower businesses, researchers, and individuals to harness visual data without compromising privacy. Egonym leverages proprietary Generative AI technology to anonymise peoples identities in visual media (images and videos) by replacing original facial identities with synthetically generated random ones. The visual results retain key attributes like sentiment, age, gender, and ethnicity, thus allowing valuable insights to be gleaned from the data without exposing identities.
