Egyptian Cement Starts its Construction Phase of the Biggest Building Materials Complex Egyptian Cement Group started its construction phase of the biggest building materials complex in Upper Egypt, specifically in Suhag governorate by establishing the first cement plant as an initial stage in the complex. Mr. Ahmed Abou Hashima, CEO of Egyptian Cement Group signed a cooperation contract with Shen Tao, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sinoma-CDI company to establish a cement plant which is considered the first nucleus of an integrated industrial complex specialized in building materials with the highest level of technology worldwide with a total investment of EGP 6 billion, and it will be established in the western plateau region at Suhag Governorate.
