Ehsaas Foundation

Ehsaas Foundation School in Golra Sharif, Islamabad, is a bi-lingual (Urdu/English) learning centre for over 600 underprivileged children in the surrounding katchi abadi area. The students range in ages from 5 15, and are taught by well trained teachers. Many Ehsaas students are provided free schooling and uniforms, since many cannot afford to pay. We have just been approved by the Citys Educational Authorities to become Ehsaas Foundation College as of November 2016. Ehsaas Foundation founded in 1998 has been Officially registered since 18th March 2006 under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance 1961. Mrs. Rifat Shaukat began running Ehsaas Foundation School by starting with just a handful of children that she discovered were picking trash in the streets.
