Einar Mattsson Group consists of Einar Mattsson Projekt AB, which develops real estates, Einar Mattsson Byggnads AB, which constructs and builds real estates, Einar Mattsson Fastighetsforvaltning AB, which manages property management services, Einar Mattsson Fastighets AB owns the properties and Heirloom Asset Management. The Einar Mattsson Group aims to develop and build 4,000 new homes over the next ten years. Today we own about 5,623 homes with a focus on (according to the magazine Vogue) the worlds third hottest urban area - Sodermalm. This makes us Stockholms largest private owner of rental properties. In total, Einar Mattsson also manages property management services for nearly 16,000 homes. In the year 2018 we traded SEK 1,822 million.
