It provides stake holders with all the information needed to manage necessary access while eliminating unnecessary or undesirable access. It is particularly useful in assuring HIPPA compliance. Our Firecall interface provides managed elevated emergency / temporary access to pre-defined users when recovering from problems or system failures. It eliminates the need for special userids in sealed envelopes or changes to the security database that might not be removed when the emergency is over.
