Ekonerg - Energy and Environmental Protection Institute was established in 1992 as one of two legal successors of former Institut za elektroprivredu (Institute for Electric-power Industry), proceeding in that way long tradition of successful business in the field of energy and environmental protection. By the end of 1995 Ekonerg was among the first in Croatia that received certificate on quality according to the standard ISO 9001. Ekonerg has considerable experience in environmental issues and in planning, construction, operation and maintenance of power plants and industrial facilities, as well as municipal systems.
