Faculty of Economics, University of Mostar was founded in 1971 as a department of Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo and from 1976 till nowdays it exists as independent faculty. Faculty of Economics, University of Mostar is organisational unit of the ( public ) University of Mostar that organises and performs university and professional studies on the first educational cycle ( Bachelor Degree ) university studies on the second cycle and ( Master Degree ) post-graduate, doctoral ( PhD ) studies on the third cycle ( PhD Degree ) Beside Mostar, Faculty has also departments in Vitez and Orasje
