ELA Basel is Basels foremost international primary school, offering the UKs forward-looking Early Years Foundation Stage and National Curriculum for children aged 3 months to 12 years. Located in two convenient city-centre locations, the school is a family oriented and international community of over 300 children from 27 different nationalities. ELA Basel offers wrap-around care from 7.30 am to 6 pm daily and is open 50 weeks of the year. An ELA Basel education includes a well-rounded programme of sports, music, clubs, swimming and the performing arts. A varied range of trips and visits promotes learning beyond the classroom in Basel, a city rich in culture and history. The curriculum includes a strong German language element that allows our children to attend local secondary schools under the Secondary School Transition Agreement with the City.
