Servicecare have many years experience in the refurbishment of electronic products. This has been gained by working in partnership with many catalogue companies, major retailers, manufacturers and supermarkets. At Electrotec we buy major manufacturer returns and refurbish them to graded standard for sale to the public or retailers. The usual reasons for these returns are they are either; unwanted presents, incorrect deliveries, packaging damaged, minor cosmetic blemishes, missing accessories or minor faults. These returns are then tested, processed, repackaged and offered for sale. Where a repair is required this is done by one of our qualified electronic engineers, using manufacturer provided parts.
