Established in 1975, Eletron Engenharia started as an electrical engineering servicing utility customers in Brazil. Later on, the firm expanded inti large architectural and renewable energy projects, EPC services, and consulting. After a reorganization in 2002, Eletron grew substantially reaching $100M in revenue and more than 100 employees. Eletron has rendered 10 million engineering hours, delivering architectural, urban development, biomass, solar and hydro generation projects, thousands of kilometers in transmission and distribution lines, industrial and utility substations. In 2008, Eletron assets and operations were acquired by a private group, remaining in consulting until 2016
