The story began in 1922 when Officina Elettromeccanica Ing. Antonio Rava was founded in Turin by the grandfather of the current owners, and was then transformed into Elettrorava S.p.A. in 1966, shortly after it was transferred to its current factory, which occupies an area of 20,000 square meters, 8,000 square meters of which are covered. Elettrorava boasts a long experience in the electromechanical field and from 1922 until today it has always developed products linked by a single thread. The first products were small and medium motors and electric tools. Over time, new challenges were faced that led to the development of technologies for special motors for industrial applications with speeds up to 90,000 rpm.
