Elevate Construction Partnership

Chip McAteer and Jeff Pietrak founded Elevate Construction on July 12th, 2018. They served as leaders for the Lehigh University baseball team and brought an identical team-oriented approach to the culture of Elevate. Their consistent prioritization of hard work and dedication continue to serve as the driving forces behind Elevates growth. The two have been lifelong friends and have worked alongside each other in the construction industry for years. Lehigh University and baseball are two unique elements of the Elevate team. We have members who have played on the baseball team, attended the university- or just enjoy playing baseball! We strive to carry that legacy throughout the company journey.
