Elmdale and its Principals have over 22 years of experience acquiring and investing in commercial real estate properties. Elmdale was formed in 2010 by its Principals, Thomas Bretz and Adam Freeman, who previously were the Managing Director and Managing Principal at The Endeavor Companies, LLC, a Chicago based real estate acquisition and private equity firm where they were primarily responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing the firms real estate transactions.
