ELRU is an NPO that works in the early childhood development (ECD) sector in marginalised communities of the Western Cape, Northern Cape and North West provinces. Our Programmes are home, community (non-centre) and ECD Centre based, and aim to reach young children ages 0 to 6 who do not attend a creche, nursery school, playgroup etc., due to a lack of access or unaffordability.
