Emmatt Construction Ltd

Emmatt Construction Ltd was started back in April 2014 by Matthew Donaghy with a small team of keen operatives. Our first contract opportunity was with Springfield Properties as a labour and plant sub-contractor on a housing site. We continued our development together with Springfield completing multiple sites cover major aspects of civils works, throughout the central belt, from the earthworks cut and fill initial stage through sewer and road installation, forming substructures, plot drainage then completing sites with the necessary hard landscaping. These civils works have been carried have been particularly challenging, this mainly being due to the brownfield nature of sites that Springfield acquire.
