Empire Building Services was formed in 1982. Initially, we were a family-run business servicing the Santa Ana area. Now, due to the vision of our President, Suzanne DeRossett, and Vice President, John DeRossett, we have become one of the finest commercial service contractors in seven Southern California counties. In becoming a First Class organization, we have expanded the scope of our coverage. We service facilities of all sizes and environments ranging from out-patient surgical centers, manufacturing and assembling areas, medical clinics, outdoor retail centers/malls, apartment/condo associations and commercial office buildings of all sorts and sizes.
