EmpowerHer Tech Foundation is a non governmental organization promoting womens participation and leadership in technology. Our vision is to provide equitable access to high-quality STEM education and IT proficiency for young people in Cameroon and Sub-Saharan Africa, enabling them to excel in the global digital economy. Our mission includes providing educational resources and mentorship programs, offering IT skill development opportunities, implementing cybersecurity initiatives, fostering collaborations, and advocating for policies that support STEM education and IT proficiency. The foundations values include transparency, accountability, respect, integrity, and sustainability. Our goal is to empower young individuals to use technology as a tool to become innovative problem-solvers and active contributors in shaping their communities and the world.
