ENDSIDEOUT is a 501(C3) nonprofit health and wellness organization that focuses on the nutritional challenges facing the United States. It is our mission to help schools, families, individuals and communities END obesity. We know that nutrition and physical fitness are crucial, not only in reducing ones risk to preventable diseases but also in improving academic achievement. At ENDSIDEOUT, we believe that poor nutrition, diet and fitness correlate highly to the national health care crisis.
