Energy Efficiency Fund of Ukraine

The Energy Efficiency Fund is a Ukrainian government institution providing instruments for thermal innovations in multi-family buildings where homeowners associations were established (HOA). The Fund was established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On the Energy Efficiency Fund and taking into account the best European experience of similar funds. The Funds mission is to bring Ukraine up to European levels of energy efficiency by reducing the level of energy consumption and 2 emissions in the residential sector, thus achieving a decrease in the adverse impact on the environment Its activities are aimed at supporting energy efficiency initiatives, implementing incentives and supporting measures to improve the energy efficiency of buildings and energy conservation, in particular in the housing sector.
